I will tell you now that a lack of discipline will not be tolerated here. I've worked very hard on this site, as have other people, and thus, I must be inclined to force these rules. Ignorance is no excuse!
General Rules
This site is PG-13, meaning blood, gore and language is kept at such.
Romance is fine, but again, PG-13.
Here on this site, we're literate! (Or at least we know how to use the Spell Check button.) Thus, I'd like each post to at least be three lines long, and each sentence has to make sense!! If no one can understand your post, how are they going to reply to it? Writer's Block is understood, but not five posts in a row! (Early morning brain damage is also understood.)
Arguments are not to be carried out in the C-Box, or during roleplay! Take it to PM, and if you can't settle it there, take it to AIM or another forum that puts up with that kind of nonsense.
Creativity is welcomed and encouraged, but try not to go over the top. Keep powers and such at the bar set bellow power-playing.
Please use your own pictures. Line-art by others that has been approved for use may also be used. Pictures that you have permission to use are also allowed, but you have to have proof of permission.
Persons cannot be in two different boards at once.
Do not ask to become staff out of pure desire to gain rank. If you are part of staff, and do not do your share of "work", and help enforce rules, you will be taken off of staff.
When playing out of character, please use a form of ooc: or (). When you go back in character, please use bic:.
General Character Roleplay
Don't claim others' wolves. You can make a wolf for another wolf, but if someone posts their wolf, you cannot "claim" it.
Powers such as seeing into the future, or knowing everything, or stuff like that, aren't allowed. Only three powers at maximum.
No God-molding or Power-playing(GM or PP) Everyone should know what that is. You take control of another character, or your character becomes all powerful, and no one can touch them.
As said above, creativity is encouraged and welcomed, but do set it below power-playing and god-molding.
Fighting Scenarios
You cannot doge every attack; you will get hit, nipped, etc.
Power-playing and god-molding are not to be used in battle unless you have permission.
If you are fighting for rank, obviously, the higher rank will have the advantage. Alphas are Alpha for a reason.
As the battle drags on, you will lose energy. It is a matter of life, no matter how awesome your wolf is.
If you use your power(s), obviously they will drain your energy, thus, you cannot use your power in every hit that you give.
Gory/Graphic battles are to be marked with a warning; (I.E. Battle - Gory)
Breeding and Birthing
I will say this once; some people did not want to read about your mating if it is graphic, or anything short of wolf porn. Marking it "Breeding - Graphic" or otherwise.
You may breed on the pack-land that you are on, just remember to mark it.
Force-breeding it allowed, but both roleplayers must agree first.
Mating for pleasure is allowed, but may result in having pups, F.Y.I., just like in real life.
Pups are to be born two weeks after the breeding. Mothers, your stomach will get big. It cannot suddenly get big the day before the birthing.
Not all pups will make it, especially during the winter.
Just like breeding, some people do not want to read about a birthing. Please mark it "Birthing".
Keep the graphic stuff at a PG-13 level.
Staff Rights and Powers
Staff have the power to lock threads, and reply to locked threads. If your thread has broken any rules, or is going over the top, staff have the right to lock your thread.
Contrary to popular belief, staff members are not all powerful, and are not to be feared. But, staff members are to be respected, and they have the right to put warnings on your account for any disrespect. Staff members are here to help, and have fun. Please don't have them result in having to ban your account.
I(Shadow) have the power to add more rules as I see fit. Other staff also have the ability to add limited rules as they see fit.
If you are being warned, then your warning level will go up, and on your signature, you will see as follows; User X has been warned for X crime and has X amount of chances left. If this ordeal is not settled, user X will be banned for X amount of days.
You have the right to ask staff to change something about the site, (I.E., ask for the C-box to be global) but, with this in mind, staff have the right to refuse your request. Don't except them to reply right away every time, because some requests have to be taken into consideration. If staff refuse your request, do not yell at, or flame them.
The Discipline System
First Offense-You will be warned.
Second Offense-Depending on the severity, you will be warned a second time, or banned from the site for twenty-four hours.
Third Offense-You will be banned from the site for two to three days.
Fourth Offense-You will be banned permanently.
